1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using JediChatAI, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you are using JediChatAI on behalf of a business, you represent that you have authority to bind that business to these terms.

2. Description of Service

JediChatAI is an AI-powered WhatsApp messaging assistant that helps users manage their WhatsApp conversations by generating smart reply suggestions, detecting emotions, and flagging risky messages. The service is available via web app, Android app, and API.

3. Account Registration

• You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials
• You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized access to your account
• You must be at least 13 years old to use JediChatAI
• One person may not maintain more than one free account

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use JediChatAI to:

• Send spam, unsolicited messages or bulk communications
• Harass, threaten or intimidate other people
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Impersonate any person or entity
• Attempt to reverse engineer or hack the service
• Use the service for any illegal or fraudulent purpose
• Violate WhatsApp's Terms of Service

5. Subscription and Billing

JediChatAI offers Free, Pro and Business subscription plans. Paid subscriptions are billed monthly in CAD through Stripe.

• Subscriptions automatically renew each month unless cancelled
• You can cancel your subscription at any time from the Settings page
• Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period
• We do not offer refunds for partial months
• We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice

6. Intellectual Property

JediChatAI and all its content, features and functionality are owned by JediChatAI and are protected by copyright, trademark and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute or create derivative works without our written permission.

7. AI Generated Content

JediChatAI generates reply suggestions using artificial intelligence. You are solely responsible for reviewing and approving any AI-generated content before sending it. JediChatAI is not responsible for the content of messages sent using our reply suggestions.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

JediChatAI is provided on an "as is" basis without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free or completely secure. AI-generated suggestions may not always be accurate or appropriate.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, JediChatAI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of revenue or damage to reputation.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these terms. You may delete your account at any time from the Settings page. Upon termination, your data will be deleted within 30 days.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes by email or through the app. Continued use of JediChatAI after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

12. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Canada. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with Canadian law.
